What items are returnable?
You can return your items within 30 days of receipt of your shipment.
- They must be in original condition
- For clothing, unwashed and unworn
- In the original packaging
Please note:
- We do not provide free return for the product that does not have a manufacturing defect in material, electronics and workmanship.
- Refunds will be applied to the original payment method that was used. Refunds are generally issued within 2-10 business days of ohmu4wheels receiving all returned goods. Your bank may require additional processing time to reflect the refund in your account.
Our Warranty Terms and Conditions:
ohmu4wheels products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 1 years from the original date of receipt. Our sole obligation in the event of such defects during this period is to repair or replace the defective part or product with a comparable part or product at ohmu4wheels’ sole discretion. Upon expiration of their respective warranty periods, all ohmu4wheels products will receive continuing support through our limited lifetime warranty. The limited lifetime warranty covers labor costs and maintenance with the exclusion of accessories or replacement parts.
If the item stopped production or out of stock, we will offer refund or customer can pay balance to get another one. Refund for any overpayment or a supplemental payment for any deficiency. (Clearance items not enjoy warranty service).
How do I return?
- Enter your order number and returned product decription in the comment fields below.
- You will get a confirmation email once the return request is approved
- If your request is approved, our customer service will reply to you with the RMA number of your purchase and the return address via email.
- After you return the item, please send us the tracking number.
- Once we have received the returned item(s), our customer service will apply the refund in 2-10 working days.
